Signs You Are Ready To Stop Window Shopping & Buy

Today I want to talk to you about something that a lot of Northern Virginia buyers ask themselves. It’s a question we often ask them as well. The question is this: “Are you ready to buy a home or are you just window shopping?”

To find an answer to this question, you’ve got to answer a few other questions first. One follow-up question we ask is, “What is your motivation for wanting to buy?” Are you wanting to upsize or downsize from your current living situation? Are you looking for a place to settle down with your family?

There are many people out looking for homes that are simply just exploring. They may not know what they want and need some advice and guidance to figure it out. We ask questions that try to get at the heart of buyers so they can really examine whether they are seriously looking for a home or simply window shopping.

Basically, if you just like looking at homes, you’re window shopping. However, if you have deep motivations to create wealth and provide stability for you and your family, this is how to do it.

This is something every home buyer goes through, and starting the process sooner rather than later is ideal. If you have any questions or are thinking about buying a home, give us a call or send us an email. We would love to hear from you!
