Today's video addresses what is a pre-approval letter vs pre-qualification in regards to how you are going to purchase your home. Are you going to buy cash or have to get a mortgage? Most people will go to a lender or bank to get a loan in order to purchase a home - in which case the first step is pre-approval and pre-qualification!
