Find the Right Agent to Sell Your Home

Today, I want to talk to you about the different kinds of agents out there.

First, there's the passive agent. This agent came into the industry, took the exam, and stuck a 'For Sale' sign in your yard. They added a lock-box on the home and took a couple low-quality pictures for the MLS. Now, they're just going to sit back and wait for an offer to come in.

On the other hand, there are active agents. These agents proactively go out each day and work on generating leads, following leads, and studying the market. An active agent works with the seller to get the house ready for the market, and comes up with a pricing strategy to help you hit your real estate goals.

My team and I blend traditional real estate practices with the latest technology to find the best buyers for you. I would also encourage you to examine the differences between an individual real estate agent and a team of agents.

To learn more about how we can help you, watch this slide show (need a link for slide show). If you have any questions, give me a call or send me an email. I would be happy to help you!
